I was born and raised in the Philippines and now I live in Calgary with my husband and have two grown daughters who also now live here. My first passion was food. At a young age I've watched my mother make delicious cuisine and use different techniques.
I have been working in the food industry for 20 years, the last 12 in Alberta. Due to the pandemic I was without a job and a lot of free time on my hands. I decided to try different things to occupy my time and discovered that I have a real talent and passion on sewing. I am a quick learner and I used my free time to follow different creators and watch tutorials. I always left feeling satisfied whenever I finish a great project, especially if it is hard one. Other than sewing I also enjoy gardening and taking care of my indoor plants. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.
