About the role and our team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health Care Professional to join our small, friendly and supportive Resuscitation Training Team as a Resuscitation Officer within Manx Care on the beautiful Isle of Man!

In this role, you will deliver face to face basic, immediate and advanced life support training, which includes simulation scenarios, whilst facilitating a range of advisory and supportive roles such as, debriefing, equipment management, policy and audits.

This is an engaging and rewarding role where you can use your excellent communication and influencing skills, knowledge and experience to develop and maintain effective relationships and networks, whilst being able to initiate and support change with the tenacity and passion required to drive new ways of working. Not only this, but part of the role will also be working with our Critical Care Outreach Team to maintain clinical skills and understand Medical Emergencies within the... hospital setting.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, passionate individual who works well under pressure and is committed to providing clinical leadership, whilst having extensive experience in resuscitation training and accreditation in ALS/EPALS/ILS.

About the Island and relocating

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
