Responsibilities:
• first-class service to all customers, both internal and external;
• handling incoming and outgoing calls and letters, insurance companies, providing information on patient accounts;
• analysis and input/update of data in... patients' medical records;
• checking the availability and compliance of patients' insurance policies;
• documentation of the invoicing and payment process in the client's account for further monitoring;
• monthly work with reporting in accordance with requests;
• resolution of all internal system ticket inquiries as appropriate;
• understand information security risks, including accurate and timely reporting of all adverse incidents as described in company policies;
• adhere to the principles of data security and patient confidentiality with
• compliance with ethical standards in the performance of official duties and during interaction with patients, colleagues, and medical workers.
