Job Description BIM Modeler (Khao Yai) (1 Year Contract) (32K-37K) (SDG-116822)
Job responsibilities
- Create 2D/3D drawing. - Provide CAD drafting and BIM modeling support. - Demonstrate a Strong understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities. - Manage multiple and complex projects while meeting the requirements successfully. - Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues. - Contribute to documenting, disseminating - Monitoring standards, best practices, and industry advancements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine designs - Ensure that models are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications - Incorporate data and information into models, such as cost estimates, material specifications, and scheduling information - Generate reports and Visualizations from models - Communicate design information to stakeholders - Continuously update and refine models as project requirements change
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Any Engineering. - At least 3 Years of experience in Construction, Furnishings, and BIM - Revit 2D 3D, Drawing, Shop Drawing, As-built Drawing, Construction, Asbuilt Drawing, Bim 360, Modeling - English Basic level (E-mail, document and report)
Prefer Skill / Experience
