Are you a dynamic and motivated pharmacy professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? Our client, a well-established group with over 50 years of combined experience in the sector and a portfolio of more than 180 pharmacies across the UK, is recruiting a Pharmacy Services Led Technician to join our team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to travel across multiple sites in the Sheffield area and play a key role in driving the success of our pharmacies. You will:
Motivate and support pharmacy teams to meet targets and improve performance
Work closely with pharmacists to drive and implement new pharmacy services
Take an active role in providing services yourself
Launch new initiatives and bring fresh ideas to the group
Enjoy a high level of autonomy while reporting directly to the Director
No two days will be the same in this varied and dynamic role, offering the chance to contribute to multiple projects and take on significant responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated individual who:
Is NVQ3 Technician qualified, ACT (Accredited Checking Technician), or an NVQ 2 Dispenser with management experience
Has a proven track record in a management or supervisory role
Is driven to lead and inspire teams
Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel
40hrs per week

Basic salary: £27,040 - £31,200 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
