As part of your job, you would also be responsible for loading and unloading your delivery truck, checking inventory levels, and maintaining an accurate account of sales and deliveries

In an effort to attain optimal customer service and increase sales and volume growth, The Coca Cola Delivery Driver is tasked with selling and distributing products on selected routes while developing and sustaining strong customer relationships. To bolster product availability at accounts, the Route Sales Driver ensures that beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors are filled in accordance with Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

The necessary tasks that an individual must carry out to maintain the flow of work and meet organizational objectives are known as essential responsibilities
• Expand the scale of business in the assigned accounts by selling products, arranging distribution channels, conducting exhibits, and executing promotional activities.
• The regular task involves the sale and transportation of items to predetermined clients every day.
• CCBCHC regulations should be taken into consideration when stocking all accounts.
• Substitute and preserve Point of Sale advertisements as required by each account.
• Ensure that product, cash, and asset management is handled correctly and accounted for each day.
• Streamlining the invoicing process to ensure the prompt collection of outstanding debts.
• Foster positive relationships with account staff and provide exceptional customer service to each account through regular contact, swift resolution of any problems, and appropriate follow-up.
• Keep the appearance of CCBCHC equipment and products in assigned accounts looking sharp.
• Keep the backroom well-organized and manage trade breakage for designated clients efficiently.
• Ensure that the vehicle and its contents are compliant with the CCBCHC regulations by conducting routine inspections.
• Strive for consistency in maintaining CCBCHC's quality assurance policies in every account.
• It is important to preserve a secure working area for employees.
• Establish and maintain productive and cordial relationships with coworkers and customers.

• Aptitude in operating a two or four-wheeled dolly.
• Aptitude in managing all varieties of industrial trucks expertly.
• The ability to acquire a Class A CDL within the first 90 days of joining the company is compulsory.
• The position demands an individual who has the skill set to maneuver and operate a tractor and trailer that requires a Class A CDL, and who also complies with all related CDL requirements and driving record criteria of the CCBCHC.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
• It is recommended that applicants possess a high school diploma or GED.
• The ideal candidate is expected to have worked for a period of 1-3 years.
• Commercial driving experience of a year or more is the ideal requirement.
• applicants with prior experience in grocery store or consumer products are encouraged to apply
• The ideal candidate will have a history of working in client-facing roles.

Training Requirements:
• New Hire Orientation
• The Company organizes interactive safety training and other essential safety courses.
• The requirement for an annual training session on preventing drug and alcohol use in the workplace is mandatory for employers
• There is a chance that the aptitude to operate a truck may need to be demonstrated.

Physical Demands:
• Being employed necessitates bodily movement, including ambulating, conversing, and auditory recognition, as well as handling and manipulating tangible objects through tactile means with the hands.
• For this job, it is necessary to possess good eyesight to see things up close and be able to concentrate while using a computer terminal.
• The job necessitates that you perform tasks involving lifting, pushing and pulling loads of 50+ pounds, while also requiring you to stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach frequently.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes items such as gloves, masks, goggles, respirators, and gowns that are specially designed to provide protection from various hazardous materials

Work Environment:
• The work environment is expected to have a moderate amount of noise owing to the operation of manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment.
• The position demands a candidate who is willing to undertake work-related travel to other firm locations, comprising around 10% of their work obligations. Additionally, they should be able to attend seminars or training programs outside their usual area.
• One must be open to working on certain weekends and holidays.
