Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Cleaning Team Member for a distinguished client in Georgetown, KY.
Cleaning Team Member Benefits:
• $8.00 – $11.00/hr pay + pay increase available after training
• Flexible work schedule
– During training: Candidates will work 10-20 hours per week
– After training (2 – 4 weeks): Candidates regular work week will consist of 10-30 hours per week
• Weekly Pay
• Temporary to permanent position
• Benefits available
Cleaning Team Member Duties:
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment
• Working in a large commercial building
• Dusting: Removing dust from surfaces like furniture, shelves, and decorative items using a cloth or duster.
• Wiping: Cleaning surfaces such as countertops, tables, and windows with a cloth and appropriate cleaning solution to remove dirt and grime.
• Vacuuming: Using a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt, dust, and debris from carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Sweeping: Using a broom to gather and remove dust, dirt, and debris from hard floors.
• Dust mopping: Using a dry mop to collect dust and small particles from hard floors, often used as a preliminary step before wet mopping.
• Mopping: Cleaning hard floors with a wet mop and a cleaning solution to remove stains, spills, and grime.
• Bathroom cleaning: Sanitizing and cleaning bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Pulling and relining trash cans: Emptying trash cans and replacing the liners with new ones to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors.
• De-arming and setting the alarm
Cleaning Team Member Requirements:
• Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
• Must be willing to submit and pass background
• Following dress code policy
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Reliable method of transportation
• Effective communication skills in English
• Operable cell phone for receiving and sending calls and texts
• No or low sensitivity to cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs
• Basic math skills for mixing solutions
• Flexible work schedule
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Responsible for consigned keys/badge
Job Type: Part-time, hourly
