Job Summary
Maintenance Specialist
Colsa is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and furnishings. You will maintain assigned areas of the facility, assist in emergency repairs, and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working with heating, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or related building trades. Knowledge of hand and power tools is also required. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and furnishings
- Maintain assigned areas of the facility
- Assist in emergency repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Requirements:

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
