Newly Increased Compensation! $75k Start Date Bonus - How would you like to join an EXCELLENT TEAM in beautiful Miami !Envision Physician Services is seeking a CRNA to join our busy growing practice at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital located in Miami, Florida.Position Highlights: Level I Trauma Center Anesthesia Collaborative Team Model: 33 Physicians and 25 CRNAs. Approximately 16,000 annual cases. 14 state of the art OR's Full range of cases including General, Ortho, Vascular, ENT, Trauma, OB, Pediatrics, and GI/Cardiovascular Lab. All procedures open to CRNAs: Regional (spinals and peripheral nerve blocks), general, MAC, and arterial lines. No hearts. Flexible scheduling opportunities with 8, 10, 12, 14 hour shifts Call requirements: two weekend days per month Opportunity to make more if you want PTO 8 & 9 weeks CME allowance Medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, 401(k) + match, health savings + more!
