Job Summary:

The Business Support Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the administrative and operational functions of Shuraim Telecom Ltd. This position is designed to ensure efficiency in daily business activities, manage vendor relationships, and streamline workflows. The Business Support Manager will also contribute to strategic growth initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing team performance to enhance employee engagement and retention. Additionally, the role will include budgeting, financial oversight, and the implementation of technology solutions to drive cost-effectiveness and productivity across all company operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency.
• Optimize workflows to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Support team performance, enhancing employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Contribute to strategic company initiatives aimed at growth and market expansion.
• Oversee budgeting and financial operations to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Support both retail and wholesale business activities, driving operational improvements across both areas.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, business support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process optimization and workflow management.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in implementing technology solutions to streamline business operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and experience ensuring adherence to standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: £15,649.50-£38,734.39 per year

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
