We are seeking an entry-level Water Utilities Worker to join our clients utilities department for a government organization in Valley Center, CA!
Performs manual work in the construction, maintenance and repair of domestic water systems, roads, erosion control and refuse management. Performs work in the removal of graffiti on the property. Operates a variety of maintenance and constriction equipment
-Shovel, gravel, asphalt, dirt in and out of trenches, holes, wheelbarrows and trucks. Dig around water lines
-Weekly trash collection operating truck
-May perform landscape vegetation maintenance
Qualifications:
6+ months of work experience as a laborer in construction, maintenance work, plumbing, pipefitting, or equipment operation
Experience working for a government organization or public sector, a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Eligible to Work in the U.S.
Background check and full panel drug screen required
