Location: Islington, with travel to London-based sites Salary range: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience Role type: Permanent, full time Are you a commercially astute, driven, and energetic individual with a passion for the financial side of a business? We are on the lookout for a talented Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on Voids refurbishment contracts within the social housing sector. Main Objectives of the Role: Providing support to the Contracts Manager and project team throughout the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in full and within the agreed budget.
