Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategic and operative responsibility for sales, distribution and sourcing activities of the ETP business (margin optimization responsibility).
• Proactively manage & drive the acquisition of new customers, maintain and expand existing customer relationships Europe-wide in collaboration with own sales offices / agents.
• Provide custom-made solutions for the customers.
• Actively manage and develop the suppliers’ network.
• Design and implementation of sales and marketing strategy.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscapes.
• Supply chain risk management and inventory controls within the given financial framework.
• Establish ETP business budget and forecast.
• Manage & monitor business KPIs and initiate action plans.
• Business trips ca. 30%.

Skills and knowledge required:
• Proven experience in product management within polymer distribution, preferably with an active customer portfolio in the ETP... field in DACH countries and France.
• Degree in polymer technology or polymer engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of polymer materials and market dynamics.
• Creative, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset and resilience.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication (German and English) and teamwork skills.
• Solution-driven mindset, hands-on mentality of a doer who is determined to succeed, and a structured and self-reliable way of working.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
