We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our revenue operations processes to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. The RevOps Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, customer and finance teams, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business... objectives and drive revenue generation.

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue operations processes, including lead management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution and customer journeys,
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customers and finance teams to align processes and systems to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency.
• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage revenue performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success.
• Manage and optimize sales technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, Planning and Analytics tools.
• Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements, automation, and scalability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to revenue operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), and other sales and marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in both SMB & Enterprise Go-To-Market environment a plus.
