We are seeking an energetic, skilled, and self-driven Business Development Manager to fuel our growth in the booming SaaS market.

What you get to do in this role

You will play a crucial part in driving business growth by generating leads and converting leads into long-term clients. You will be responsible to:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities in local, international, and freelance markets, with a focus on emerging trends and client needs.
• Develop strong relationships with potential clients, actively listening to understand their unique challenges.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that communicate the value proposition and negotiate successful deals.
• Create and maintain a well-organized product catalog for easy client... reference.
• Use phone, email, and other tools to generate meetings, identify complex business challenges, and educate prospects on the benefits of our SaaS solutions.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and progress.
• Manage the proposal and presentation process, ensuring clear and compelling communication.
• Actively represent ScITech at industry events and meetings, promoting brand awareness and building relationships.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving client requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow/Salesforce development teams to translate client needs into actionable development plans and build the team's understanding of available talent.
• Develop innovative and effective digital advertising solutions to attract new clients.
• Maintain proper documentation to ensure clear and transparent communication within the teams and the management.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a reputed university with a major in MIS (Management Information System).
• An MBA background will be given preference.

Experience
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in business development, strategic communication, and both B2B sales and marketing.
• Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following business areas: Software companies, IT-enabled services, and SaaS-based startups.
• Proven ability to develop operations, customer service, and project management.

Additional Requirements
• Strong communication skills including oral, written, and listening. These communication skills also require the ability to ask appropriate questions, overcome objections, and lead the customer to solutions that provide great value and can be provided by the Company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of ITIL, ITSM
• Strong team player.

Compensation and Other Benefits
• Monthly salary: negotiable
