As a Junior Product Manager you will have the ability to contribute to product direction. The ideal candidate has enough experience to come up with creative solutions, has a get it done attitude and ability to lead and inspire more junior team members. These skills are paired with strong technical skills – backed by a track record of scaling complex, massively distributed, and highly available software services.

• A bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, or product management, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a product manager, software developer, or project manager is required.
• Knowledge of various product functions, the software development process, and all things product... management.
• Should be familiar with critical product concepts such as the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
• A deep understanding of the product vision, product launch, and other concepts is required.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication. That includes working with cross-functional teams and managing all of them simultaneously.
• Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

• Technical documentation of the project for software developers enlisting the business requirements so that the development team can work effectively
• Understand the Work breakdown structure (WBS) of the project and communicate the project requirements to the development team.
• Study the work flow charts for validation rules
• Breakdown the needs of the product and communicate them to the development team
• Document and provide the software development team with all the necessary knowledge and documentation.
• Talk to clients for questions and get the inquiries of developers addressed
• Act as a link between developers and Product Owners/Project Managers to attain the goals of the project.
• Manage the development process and the team members to ensure a quick and efficient product launch.
• Develop a complete product requirements document and as well as templates for reference.
• Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants

• Salary in Pakistan: $6 CAD per hour
