CRM Marketing Manager

Objective: Manage and optimize the CRM tool (Keap/Infusionsoft) to drive business growth. Oversee CRM processes, workflows, marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, payments, email lists, reporting, and integrations. Ensure data integrity and leverage CRM best practices to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, technologically adept, and an excellent communicator and team leader.


CRM System Management:
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Customize the CRM to meet business needs.

CRM Marketing Campaigns:
• Build and manage marketing funnels and email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.

CRM Member Campaigns:
• Manage onboarding and engagement campaigns for new members.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance.

CRM Sales Stage Campaigns:
• Oversee sales pipeline campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for better conversion... rates.

User Support and Training:
• Provide training for new users and ongoing support for existing users.
• Create and update user manuals and documentation.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements in CRM processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize CRM usage.

Integration and Maintenance:
• Ensure CRM integration with other business systems.
• Monitor system performance and manage updates and upgrades.

Key Qualifications:
• Senior-level experience with Infusionsoft/KEAP.
• Strong database management and analytical skills.
• Experience with campaign automation and reporting.
• Ability to manage integrations with tools like Zapier, Typeform, and Clickfunnels.
• Familiarity with QA protocols.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR laws.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Home office with high-speed internet and up-to-date computer hardware/software.
