As a partner and business development manager at Txture you will be responsible for our channel partner growth. You will be identifying and engaging new global and regional system integrators and cloud providers and expanding the business with existing partners. Because the channel is our core business model you have the opportunity to massively impact our global sales in an accelerating global market. You offer:
• Experience in the cloud ecosystem, e.g. as a consultant or working at a cloud provider
• Experience with building technology partnerships
• Experience with negotiation and contract design
• Technical understanding of cloud technologies
• Strong sales & partnership driven mentality
• Experience with cloud transformation and migration projects is a plus
• Existing connections... with systems integrators or cloud providers is a plus
• Negotiation-level English and German

• Identifying, engaging and growing partnerships with system integrators globally
• Building partnerships with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Building the optimal value proposition for our partners
• Navigating and negotiating complex organizations of our partnerships
• Working with the marketing team to build successful campaigns that push the partnerships
• Enabling the sales teams of our partners by communicating our value proposition
• Managing and scaling the training and upskilling of our partners with regards to our products
• Participating in developing our sales & partner strategy
