As Hub’s Facilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional workspace experiences for our members. Reporting to the National Facilities and Sustainability... Manager, this temporary 3 months FTC position (with a view to extend and/or be permanent) will work as part of the Hub Australia Property Team. You will collaborate closely with the team to deliver Break-Fix CAPEX, PPM and reactive works through direction of your manager with limited exposure to new builds and assisting with defect liability.

Your day to day: A glimpse into what your day as the Facilities Manager will look like (but not limited to):
• Oversee and enhance the facility operations across key Hub Australia sites in either VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, and ACT, ensuring premium service and swift resolution of issues.
• Lead both planned and reactive maintenance efforts to guarantee operational excellence and member satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison for facility-related escalations, managing relationships with building managers, contractors, and property owners to ensure seamless coordination.
• Promptly address any WHS issues and ensure all spaces comply with safety standards, maintaining a secure environment for all members and staff.
• Manage contractors rigorously to secure high-quality and timely workmanship, aligning with service agreements.
• Keep all stakeholders well-informed and engaged with regular updates on facility management activities, enhancing overall communication within teams.
• Take an active role in directing facilities and CAPEX projects, driving initiatives as guided by the National Facilities and Sustainability Manager.
