Senior Records & IM Specialist (Full-time)

Our client is a dynamic organization committed to effective records and information management. As a Senior Records & Information Management Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the information landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
• Develop information architecture and implement retention ... disposal strategies.
• Drive digital innovation and digitization efforts.
• Provide guidance to business programs and projects on information management.
• Navigate and facilitate requests for access to historical records.
• Implement information governance models and practices in a changing environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Conduct astute business analysis and leverage cloud technologies.
• Utilize excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Records Act 2005.

Required
• Proven experience in information management.
• Skilled in information architecture and disposal authority development.
• Experience liaising with physical storage providers.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team management.
• Deep understanding of relevant government policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve pragmatically.
• Thrives in complex, changing environments.
