Salary: $119,395 to $138,181 (Under review)

What qualifications do you need to join our team?

• Graduation with a degree in architecture from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Occupational Certification:
• *Certification as a professional architect in Canada.
• Certification must include current status as a registered architect in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial architectural association.

• **Significant experience with general Architectural and Engineering practices relating to the design and construction of buildings;
• **Significant experience in providing investigation and design services in heritage conservation;
• **Significant experience in leading multidisciplinary conservation project teams;
• **Significant experience applying the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada in the context of projects and project reviews;
• Experience with historic construction methods and their performance in the Canadian context;
• *Significant is defined in terms of both depth and breadth of experience that is normally acquired based on the performance of activities in a wide range of situations over an extended period of eight (8) years managing all aspects and stages of project delivery including design, construction and closeout. This experience does not need to be consecutive, but should cumulatively total eight (8) years. Candidates must clearly demonstrate their roles and responsibilities pertaining to this experience
