What are your contributions to the team?

• Act as point of contact with key stakeholders for Service business unit.

• Manage, evaluate and prioritize the Business Information Solutions demand in collaboration... with Core functions and Business partners applying an end-to-end view.

• Promote standardization, integration, and foster innovation.

• Translate needs into functional and technical requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with Bombardier strategy, securing high quality standard.

• Develop end to end understanding of business process, vision and it best practices.

• Support the development, validation and evaluation of the BIS Solutions against requirements.

• Create functional designs to improve or create standard IT (Building Blocks) and services.

• Collaborates on projects with other IT areas to produce project deliverables.

• Determine which technology can be used to solve a given business problem.

• Elaborate solutions in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Business solutions roadmap

• Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them and influence the roadmap.

• Oversees daily operations for assigned area(s) and monitors sustaining activities, projects, and levels of customer service (e.g., performance metrics) for assigned area and report status, issues, and risks to immediate supervisor on a scheduled basis.

• Provides technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting problems reported by end-user(s) for assigned area(s)

• Liaise between business units and other areas of IT in troubleshooting service, hardware, software, and/or telecommunication problems.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have, 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• You have good knowledge of Networking, Systems, Security, and cloud technologies.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a closely related field OR 3 years of equivalent work experience

• You have a good verbal and written communication skills in English and French

• You have an ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in teams

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
