We are currently seeking for an
Assistant Office Manager (Native Chinese speaker) to work in our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.
Role Responsibilities:_
• Attend important meetings and conference calls as necessary, ensuring all relevant documents are prepared in advance;
• Take charge of managing all daily office aspects, including coordinating with staff and a global network;
• Facilitate seamless communication between the investor and their professional team, including attorneys, accountants, and advisors;
• Handle financial matters, including banking, budgeting, invoice processing, and collaborating with accountants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:_

Native Chinese speaker (Must-have qualification);
• Proficient in English;
• Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail;
• Display a high level of professionalism and discretion, recognizing the importance of handling sensitive and confidential information;
• Capable of working independently and proactively... anticipating needs, and taking initiative accordingly;
• Young and openminded team player.
