Growth is our mantra. You'll begin with key responsibilities like assistance in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding new employees. You will help key personnel navigate hiring processes, implement motivation systems, and introduce productivity tools. Over time, your role will expand to include supporting employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related initiatives. As an HR Assistant, you will:
• Coordinate HR documentation and ensure compliance with regulations across multiple companies;
• Assist end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations;
• Assist with new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed;
• Be ready to help with operational processes implementation (we will not stick only to the HR field, because everything is connected);
• Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices to improve our HR processes;
• And one day you will develop strategies and analytics to optimize HR performance and drive engagement
• Take a part in organizing company recreational events to lift the company’s spirit.

What We Expect from You:
• Have an idea about what HR documentation and operational processes are;
• Previous experience is not necessary but you should prove your abilities;
• Have a Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
• Detail-orientation with excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Eagerness to use technology to enhance HR efficiency;
• You are keen to develop skills vital for HR operations;
• Fluent in Latvian & English;
• You thrive in a fast-paced and focused environment;
• You maintain a high-quality work ethic;
