South Korea and USA Sharing Data On Crypto Cases Connected, Including Meltdown of LUNA And UST South Korea and the USA have agreed on an official document about crypto cases data regarding the current digital assets market crash and the meltdown of Stablecoins and altcoins like Terra UST and LUNA, and the case of Terraform Labs. The agreement was signed between the USA prosecution officials and Han Dong-hoon, South Korea’s Justice Minister, during an official meeting between the USA and South Korean officials in New York this week, according to a report by Yonhap News Agency last Wednesday. The present US officials in the meeting included Andrea Griswold, UN Chief Counsel’s Attorney, and Scott Hartman. Both the country’s officials sat down to examine and assess different and emerging ways to improve cooperation in significant financial crimes and security fraud investigations, including cases of cryptocurrency as well. More particularly, their topic of discussion remained on the exchange of information between the New York Southern District and the Prosecutor Office of Seoul Southern District. In the meeting that took place in New York, both countries signed an agreement to share data regarding investigations of recent cryptocurrency cases, including the case of Terra UST and LUNA meltdown, along with the case of Terraform Lab’s CEO case. Both the countries, South Korea and the United States of America, are currently working on the investigation case of the CEO of Terraform Labs Do Kwon, along with the Terra UST and LUNA meltdown case; hence they agreed on an official document to share the investigation data and speed fast the results of this case for the betterment of whole crypto market.
