SPC Sports is based in Paddock Wood. I am a sport enthusiast and enjoy playing, as well as following, a variety of sports. In my youth, I played football at a high standard for Gillingham and Sittingbourne football clubs. I then found my passion of running enjoying the aspect of individual training. I have also completed many half marathons and I run for Paddock Wood Athletic Club. SPC Sports specializes in the diagnosis of injuries and Sports Massage in Paddock Wood. Competing at a good amateur level, I realise the importance in achieving goals and avoiding injuries. This was the main reason I decided on my career path; to help others.
