The Twenty Two is a 31-bedroom hotel, neighbourhood restaurant and private members club opening in Spring 2022, set within a listed Edwardian manor, overlooking Mayfair's iconic Grosvenor Square. Located at number 22 Grosvenor Square, the building is being redesigned into a West London hideaway for the creative and the curious.

Restaurant is open Monday - Saturday 7am-11pm, Sunday 8am-10pm.
