I am a person-centred

counsellor/psychotherapist and support

adults and children over the age of 12

years. I work clients through a wide range

of issues such as anxiety, ab use,

bereavement, depression, low mood , low

self-esteem, stress, family issues, trauma,

life-limiting illness. I offer online

counselling on zoom or by phone, walking

therapy and face-to-face counselling.
