Alan "Tony" Amberg is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with experience across a wide variety of psychiatric and physiologic conditions. Tony was educated in Chicago, and has worked in the area for 30 years. Tony's approach to your journey will be far more than just "maintaining the machine." His higher vision for you is not simply a return to "acceptable" functioning – his goal is to help you thrive.
What gives me the greatest satisfaction is seeing a real difference as a result of my work. I want more for you. More healing, if you are my patient. More effectiveness, if you partner with me through referrals. More breakthroughs and excellent results from my speaking, training and clinical supervision work.
Wherever we begin in our work together, my focus is on your success, the authentic human being inside you. This focus flows through my teaching, speaking, consulting and direct psychiatric services: because real healing, real progress and effectiveness are far more than just maintaining the machine. It’s about creating a safe place to stop the hurt, identify the challenges, allow a return to functionality, and progress to launching the true potential that lives inside each one of us.
