The Alaska Club Fairbanks South has been a fitness fixture in the community for many years. The largest club in the network has the focus on family and truly has something for everyone. Adults can reach their fitness goals via a full range of cardio and strength equipment, racquetball courts, group fitness classes and more.Benefit from instruction on proper exercise selection and technique by working with one of our personal trainers who can develop the right program for you. Our trainers are classified into three experience levels- Advanced, Expert or Master. By working with a trainer, you give yourself a greater chance of success in your quest for fat loss, muscle gain and overall health improvement.
