Job Description:

We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees across India. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, install and configure computer systems, and provide guidance on IT-related matters.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve technical problems
• Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate measures
• Train employees on how to effectively use computer systems and software
• Document and maintain records of IT support activities

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar... role
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
