We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to join the GoodData team!

You have a background in data, analytics, or software and have experience or a strong interest in marketing concepts. You will write and create inspirational, educational, and tutorial marketing content - articles, webinars, or demos, focused on data engineers and developers.

If you are not a native speaker or feel ill-equipped to produce written content in English, don’t worry - our copywriters and native-speaking colleagues can help you along and enable you to learn this skill set over time.
You will
• Act as a bridge between the product strategy (who define the go-to-market and product positioning) and marketing teams (who turn the vision into targeted campaigns and content).
• Transform complex technical and analytics and BI concepts into stories that would appeal to their respective target audiences - developers, data engineers, and technical managers.
• Work with internal stakeholders and... conduct your own research to gather information for approaches to execute campaigns on specific subject matter, for both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Define requirements for new content (articles, webinars, community posts, or social media posts) and execute on those requirements, alongside the marketing team.

About You
• Ability and willingness to create new content for data engineers and developers.
• Interest in the BI and Analytics industry, and open to staying up to date with trends and market activities, including understanding the GoodData platform capabilities.
• Understanding and experience executing marketing concepts, and the ability to converse on them between the product strategy and marketing teams.
• Enjoy creating customer journey maps and developing storyboards.
• Self-motivated, willing to share ideas, build relationships, and work with distributed teams.
• Ability to balance “textbook” vs. “real world” marketing approaches and execution plans to get things done efficiently.
• Interest or experience in working with tools like Figma, Jira, CMS, and Google slides/docs/sheets.
