Job Description

Paramount Brokerage Services (PBS) provides a comprehensive range of broking services for the energy and commodities market. Job scope includes coverage of OTC and exchange-listed futures across oil, gas and metals. It includes both traditional voice broking as well as electronic execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide pricing and broking services to our clients
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems
• Business development into the energy and commodities market
• Maintain and refresh knowledge of the products and markets in which you work
• Research and develope new prospective clients
• Compile, organize and maintain records of trades
• Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries
• Assess and understand client's needs to identify potential internal cross selling opportunities
• Comply with Company's policies to support a governance, risk and compliance culture

Requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome (any prior... sales work experience is preferred)
• Fluent communications in English, Mandarin and any additional language is a plus
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player and able to work independently
• Handle disagreements constructively and maturely to reach a resolution
• Good tolerance for stress in a fast-paced environment
