Role & Responsibilities:• Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure that all healthcare products and services meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain quality-related documentation, including quality control reports, inspection records, and compliance certificates.• Auditing and Inspection: Plan and execute regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems. Facilitate external audits and inspections from regulatory authorities and customers.• Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components.• Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing documentation as needed.• Quality Training: Develop and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of... quality standards and procedures.• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement, implementing best practices, and optimising quality processes.• Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to proactively identify potential quality-related risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.Preferred Candidate Profile:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the healthcare industry.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FDA, MDR, ISO, and other relevant healthcare compliance standards.• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a quality team.• Age within the range of 28-35 years, as specified.• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in the healthcare sector
