Responsibilities:
• Assist HR in basic HR admin duties.
• Handles new part time recruitment and application.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies on the part time application.
• Follow up on Food & Hygiene cert and reimbursement to staff.
• Payroll administration – keying in of Staff Particulars inside Payroll system
• Staff Payroll calculations and overtime
• Handle high volume of Filing
• Issue Letter of Appointment, confirmation, termination, etc.
• Follow up on staff confirmation.
• Perform other ad-hoc and administrative duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
• At least O level and above with 1-year relevant experience.
• Able to multi task and work independently.
• Knowledge in MS Office and Excel Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
