Job Duties
• Dynamic manager who is ready to lead a team of people engagement officers
• Strong team player with a growth mindset who is willing to listen, engage and take action
• Develop people engagement frameworks and communication plans as part of our HR transformation efforts towards a People and Culture organization
• Strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by planning, developing, and implementing programs and initiatives across the corporate functions and business units
• Focus on workplace wellness for employees – physical, mental, social and financial to promote holistic employee well-being
• Well understood government agencies requirements and regulations of foreign worker employment
• Explore partnership with external agencies to provide employee
• Drive change management for policy matters
• Conduct onboarding, exit-interview and survey with the ground officers
• Develop different tools like pulse survey to gather feedback
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree... with major in HR or related field, Master’s degree is an advantage
• More than 10 years of experience in HR related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR management position, managing an HR team for a company with headcount > 200, including construction workers.
• Work experience in construction industry would be an added advantage
• Able to converse in English and Mandrain
