Retail Account Developer

Our client is seeking to recruit a Retail Account Developer, to service established retail accounts in the West. As Retail Account Developer you will be the bridge between their healthy drinks and the established retailers, ensuring that their products are not just on the shelves but are also in the hearts and minds of customers.

This is an entry-level role and would suit an experienced merchandiser or retail professional seeking to advance their career in B2B sales and Retail Account Management.

Basic + Commission + Van + VHI + Pension

Retail Account Developer
• Ensure optimal product placement, shelf visibility, and brand promotion within key retailers
• Cultivate relationships with store managers and staff to gain premium in-store real estate for our brands.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to influence sales strategies.
• Drive the sales of our products by meeting and exceeding sales targets and... KPIs.

Requirements
• The right attitude with strong influence skills
• Retail and Merchandising experience
• Strong Commercial Acumen
• Full Clean Driving License
