• To carry out physical and chemical analysis as required on standard and nonstandard raw materials at incoming and inprocess (where required) and finished products and/ or; To carry out analysis as required on packaging materials at incoming and inprocess (where required) and finished products; To perform all quality/ hygiene related duties in accordance with the laid down Quality... Assurance Management System; and To ensure that the Laboratory equipment is fully functional and calibrated.

• Incoming Material Control raw materials
• Incoming Material Control packaging materials
• Incoming Material Control new samples (suppliers), NPD and other factories in the group

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:
• At least 1 years' experience in an FMCG Company in Quality Assurance
• FSSC 22000 exposure
• Experience in a Laboratory environment

Qualifications:
• A completed National Diploma or B.Tech in Food Technology or a related Food Sciences degree

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of AIB (Food Safety)
