Job Title: Maintenance Department Manager
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Department Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance policies and activities for the maintenance staff. They will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of facility and manufacturing equipment. This position will oversee workers engaged in repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment. Additionally, the Maintenance Department Manager will be responsible for suggesting purchases of machinery and developing new processes and techniques for the betterment of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the maintenance department policies and activities
Coordinate and control the installation, repair, and maintenance of facility and manufacturing equipment
Direct and lead workers engaged in repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment
Suggest purchases of machinery to the purchase department section head
Develop new... processes and techniques for the betterment of maintenance activities
Oversee preventative maintenance programs, techniques, and processes of improvement
Read machines hydraulic/electrical/electronic diagrams and troubleshoot machines breakdown for staff guidance in critical situations
Plan and implement process improvements and expansions of ideas related to machinery and technology to increase production and plant performance
Review plant equipment and systems operation to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

12-15 years of experience in maintenance field with 5 years as a department manager
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Mechanical/Mechatronic
Plastic industry experience is highly preferred
Riyadh Al Khabra Saudi Arabia
