Roles & Responsibilities Senior / Quantity Surveyor Visit Job Scope/Requirements: A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or Construction Economics from recognised universities.
At least five (5) years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.

For Quantity Surveyors who are assigned to projects, report to Project Manager / Contract Manager and assist in matters from pre-contract to completion including cost control, procurement of vendors, contract administration, estimating and measurements, managing variation orders, preparation of payment claims and payment responses and final account.

For Quantity Surveyors who are based at the Head Office, report to Contract Manager and assist in tender preparation, preparation and follow up on requests for quotation to vendors, tender evaluation and preparation of Request for Proposals.
Good working knowledge on Conditions of Contract / Forms of Contract. Meticulous... possess ability in negotiation and able to work independently. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with more than eight (8) years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
