They have continually built their almost 30-year success in supplying marine industrial engines, generators, spare parts and service to a wide range of customers.
With a loyal team of dedicated professionals in place, the CEO recognises that he needs support and is searching for an experienced and highly organised PA to provide essential business, administration, and personal support in a newly created role.
As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's office runs like a well-oiled machine, allowing them to focus on their operational and strategic goals.
• Managing incoming communication
• Diary management
• Data... management
• Event planning
• Minute taking
• Report writing
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
• Business administration
• Providing support to senior business figures
• You must have a confident grasp of Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality, and have strong judgment and decision-making abilities
Whilst the role is full-time, Monday to Friday, this is a newly created position and therefore could accommodate part-time 3-4 days a week. You would just need to be flexible if called upon for support.
