Location: Pasir PanjangMonday to Friday 9AM-6PMROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analytical, with a solid understanding of when to enlist tactics to meet different KPIs; from brand awareness to customer acquisition, to driving sales for retail partners. Data-lead, ensuring all marketing is highly measurable and contributes towards our B2C KPIs.
• Responsible for proposing, organizing, and executing the brand’s marketing communication initiatives (i.e., advertisements, promotions, creative projects, media relations, event management) in support of the business strategies, market goals, and organizational objectives
• Responsible to coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, in digital marketing / CRM ecosystems, including data flow strategy, analytics, event tracking and reporting
• Work with the Marketing Team to ensure all marketing contents (i.e., website, online platforms, prints, etc.) are consistent with our brand, up-to-date and functioning... optimally
• Perform market segmentation, targeting and positioning of service and product offering, prepare and manage budgets for various brand marketing initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies
• Lead the Marketing Team to source for the most cost-effective costs for brand’s marketing communication initiatives
• Working closely with business/agencies/organizations in generating more leads and prospects
• Networking with industry professionals; promote company’s brand
• Thorough understanding of multiple marketing channels and experience successfully managing multiple work streams concurrently
• Act as the brand custodian to maintain and uphold the Company’s corporate identity
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing or related field
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in working for a new start-up is a bonus
