We are working with one of our mining clients who are currently seeking a Part Time Community Infrastructure Officer to join their team on a part time basis for a 6 month temp assignment.

Start: ASAP

Location: Port Hedland

Length: Approx 6 months

Hours: Part time - School hours okay

Hourly Rate: Approx $45ph + Super

The Role
• Ensure conformance with the companies Charter Values and Code of Conduct
• Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety and transformation activities
• Facilitate the transition of new starters into residential housing
• Allocate accommodation, in line with Residential Housing Policy
• Conduct routine and causal property inspections
• Manage maintenance reports and notifications in SAP / FIORI
•... Undertake general administration duties (eg order stationery, take minutes, occupy front desk, attend meetings etc)
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act advantageous
• Implementing Cost saving and streamlining initiatives and projects
• Proactively understanding and managing property portfolio

Skills And Experience

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
• C Class drivers' licence
• Demonstrated commitment Safety
• Customer service skills
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional computer literacy
• Fine attention to detail and record keeping
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team office environment
