Internal Job Title: Estates Finance Administrator
Wycombe Abbey is a world-class full-boarding school for girls. With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for 650 pupils aged 11-18.
We are currently looking for a Estates Finance Administrator to deliver the day to day purchasing function for the department. This is a key role with a wide range of duties, which will include providing an efficient and flexible procurement service to achieve best value solutions, maintenance of budgets and system administration.
The appointed candidate will be an efficient and accurate administrator with experience in a procurement administration role, or similar. Ability to prioritise workload, adhere to deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of attention to detail is essential. Knowledge and understanding of a school or boarding environment is an advantage, but not essential.
This is a full-time role... working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. Core working hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, however flexibility on start and finish time can be considered. Some weekend work may be required to support the department’s needs, for which time off in lieu will be given.
