1. Response for BEST Network (HUAWEI network planning and optimization platform) Solution Sales in LATAM;

2. Response for the Customer's engagement & presentation, including C-level, Directors, Managers and technical team;

3. Response for the HUAWEI Marketing Events & Activities, including Summits, Congresses, Workshops with Customers;

4. Response for Latin America region's related projects support and pipeline management, including remote support and onsite support.

5. Response for Managed BEST Network industry research ,included Carriers' OPEX and network planning and optimization domain, network planning and optimization competitors' information collection and analysis etc.

6. Response for the other network related work assigned by the managers.

Professional Knowledge

1. Know well about the Carrier's Network OPEX (Operational Expense) structure;

2. Know well about BEST Network (network planning and optimization) Solution and network planning and optimization... Platform & Tools.

3. Good at Taking the presentation, Designing the technical solution and Making the Technical Proposal according to customer requirements.

4. Well background for network planning and optimization domain.

Business Skills and Other requirements

1. Good high level presentation capability and Customer communication capability, in Spanish and English.

2. Solution design capability , benefit analysis capability and customer engagement capability.

3. More than 3 years solution sales or delivery experience on network planning and optimization Domain;

4. Must accept to do the business trip to other countries in LATAM frequently
