【Job Description】

Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Measurement System Equipment

For one year, receive training at the Japanese headquarters on machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to learn about the machines.

After training, return to the Philippines. You will either work at the newly established Philippine branch of the dispatch office, performing machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, or receive support from the dispatch office to establish your own corporation and undertake similar tasks as a contractor for the automated machinery manufacturer. Additionally, you'll handle technical support for clients and play a role in generating new business opportunities.

【Training in Japan】

Training Period: Ongoing, 1 year from the point of hiring

Training Content:

Classroom training (Principles and components of Auto-checker, Metal Detector, Combination Scale, etc.).

② Inspection Equipment Manufacturing Training (Assembly and adjustment of inspection equipment).

③ Dataweigh Manufacturing Training (Assembly and adjustment of Combination Scale).

④ Service Division Training

Perform installation work, trial runs, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, etc.

Additionally, through travel (accompaniment), learn about customer factory lines, acquire skills in actual delivery processes, and understand the use and methods of measurement equipment at client sites.

【Work Details】

8 hours/day

Break Time: 45 minutes

【Holidays】

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday (Full weekends off)

Extended Holidays: Year-end and New Year, Golden Week, Summer Break

Paid Vacation: From 6 months after initial employment, 10 days granted (increases by 1 day after 1 year, adding 1 day each subsequent year)

【Benefits】

Salary: 3 to 3.5 million JPY/month, Monthly Salary System
