The Recreation Leisure Entertainment Manager is responsible for the overall operation and control of the Spa Gym Beach Club members resort animation programs Kids Club Teens Club and all recreational areas including pools beaches and all recreational activities including evening entertainment The resort is an integrated experience with the recreation team being an integral part As the Recreation Leisure Entertainment Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards Meet and exceed in house and external guests expectations and service through monitoring and making improvements responding to challenges and opportunitiesManage and carry out procedures have current knowledge of treatments and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standardsEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings payments and consultation cardsInteract and communicate effectively with clients members team members guests and management... teamEnsure team works to meeting department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accuratelyEnsure health safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members clients and guestsManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable longterm improvements in products and servicesComply with hotel security fire and health and safety regulationsMonitor product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort propertySupervise day to day operationsLead the staff to promote recreation services facilities Assisting guest and providing personal training session if necessaryMaintaining the Fitness center looking after equipment and coordinating with representative for maintenance and product updatesIn charge of animation team members Conduct daily briefings with the team members checks grooming standards as per policy makes sure that all the team members are functioning as per the schedule Create weekly duty roasters for team members monitors working hours Makes sure that all the team members are fully aware and trained about the activity programs Creates activity attendance sheet for each one and reports on a weekly basis Creates day sport evening activity programs monitors the operations and makes sure that all activities are held on time Creates weekly entertainment schedules along with F B Manager and DO Makes sure that the time schedule is followed and all operating equipment are ready in good condition before the performance starts Fully in charge of musicians including permits Makes sure that musicians are communicated well in terms of happenings within the hotel What are we looking for A Recreation Leisure Entertainment Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow Supervisory experience within the leisure sectorAbility to work under pressureExcellent grooming standardsWillingness to develop team members and selfFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on your own or in teams It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions Passion for Customer Service and ability to close a saleRelevant Fitness and pool qualificationsAbility to meet financial targets
