We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about developing custom solutions for any issue, including gathering user needs, creating graphic elements, and developing navigational features. You'll be working closely with the development squad and have involvement in all the UX/UI requirements.

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience

Mandatory Skills – minimum 3 years’ experience in:

Experienced in UX / UI Design in an agency environment

Comfortable in evidence-based design decision making, through research and observation

Experienced in the use of the Figma prototyping platform

Able to demonstrate your work using your portfolio

UX/UI Designer happy dealing with tight... timelines

Enjoy experimenting, making rapid decisions and learning from failures

A good grasp of accessible and inclusive design

A good understanding of design systems

An understanding of how websites and digital applications are built and how your work can impact this
