Our leading International client from the Healthcare industry is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis (inside IR35). This is an IT Project Management role centred around Systems Integrations for their M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) part of the business. This company are consistently acquiring many other businesses with many different softwares / applications and Infrastructure set ups etc. So you will be joining a team that is responsible for merging the IT from the newly acquired companies back in to the central IT environment.

This part of the business are involved in pre and post-acquisition, integrating both companies, multi aspects, access provision, security, security compliance, preventing data leeks, end user integration, laptop provisioning, application integration, infrastructure integration, moving from on premise to cloud, office integration, facilities management, networking.

We are looking for a Project Manager with 5... years' experience, someone with M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) experience background, you must have relevant industry experience, ie from the healthcare or pharma industry. Strong stakeholder management, tracking projects, risk management, governance standard PM.

M&A covers a wide range of Infrastructure and IT technologies so there is not one specialist technology to be expert in but someone from an M&A background who has worked on varied projects such as Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud etc.

Key Skills:

The role will be predominantly a remote position.

This role is also an Inside IR35 position.
