Duties
• Create contract document drawings in Revit
• Coordinate drawings with the project consultant and specifications team
• Plan and prepare construction documents including drawings, consultant coordination and facilitate project schedule milestones and deliverables
• Review and implement work plans
• Conduct coordination meetings with consultant team
• Research and prepare technical aspects for design development documentation
• Provide technical support to the contract administration team as required
• Participate and contribute to the projects final coordination review using Bluebeam Revit
• Convey BIM concepts to all levels of design professionals for design and delivery
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the design expectations are being met

Requirements

Qualifications
• Experience as an architectural technologist is required, with exposure to Industrial and Commericial
• Minimum 3 years of Revit experience required
• Clash Detection/Coordination Platforms... (Navisworks and/or Revitzo) experience required
• Architectural technology diploma is required, registered technologist is preferred
• LEED AP is an asset
• Building technologies knowledge and understanding is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with a focus on effective collaboration and integration
• Contract administration experience is an asset
• Ability to work in a team environment on large projects
• Experience in DP and BP submissions and responding to Authority comments
